"Easy Size Exchange"
If I remember right, I accidentally got the wrong size, but returning it was straightforward. The replacement showed up quicker than I expected, so overall it was a good experience.

I bought it mostly because I liked how it looked, and I was a little suspicious it wouldn’t be as solid as it seemed in the pictures. But the visor mechanism actually surprised me. It opens and locks smoothly, doesn’t have that annoying wobble, and I can use it easily with gloves on. No issues so far, and it feels sturdy. I’m happy with it.

I’ll be honest, I put it on and immediately assumed I’d ordered the wrong size because it felt snug. After a ride or two though, it broke in nicely and felt way more comfortable. The size chart was mostly accurate for me, so I’d say trust it unless you’re right between sizes.

I’ve had a few devices in the past that were a pain to pair, so I was expecting the usual hassle. But the Bluetooth connected to my phone right away and stayed connected through my whole ride. Music and calls came through clear enough, and I didn’t have to mess around in the app to get it working...

I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure how quickly I’d hear back. Ruroc support got back to me fast, explained what was happening, and sorted it out without turning it into a whole ordeal. The replies felt like they came from a real person, not some copy-and-paste script. Common sense really, if a company keeps you informed and deals with the issue properly, it makes the whole experience a lot better. Overall, I’m really happy with the service

"Really happy with the sound"
I’ve been happy with these so far. The audio sounds really good to me and stays clear enough when I’m out riding, which makes the whole experience way more enjoyable. The bass is decent too, and I haven’t had any issues yet. Overall, I’m genuinely pleased with them

I got my ruroc helmet last week and I’m happy with it so far. It feels sturdy and safe, which is what I wanted. It is a bit heavier than I expected, and I notice it more on longer rides, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I like it and would give it 4 stars...

"Warranty support came through"
I had an issue with my helmet so I reached out to warranty support and they got back to me quickly, it took a few emails back and forth to sort out the details but nobody made it a big hassle and by the end everything was handled and I was happy with how it turned out.

"Smooth Checkout, But Updates Lagged"
Checkout was easy and everything went through without any trouble. I just wish the updates came a bit faster because I found myself checking more than I wanted to. But wow, for a second I seriously thought something had gone wrong. Thankfully, it all worked out in the end.

The ventilation is okay, I guess. It does the job somewhat, but after using it for a bit, I’m not totally convinced it was worth buying. I was expecting better airflow, and now I kind of wish I had looked around more before choosing this one

"Picked up my Ruroc helmet a few..."
Picked up my Ruroc helmet a few weeks back. So far, comfort’s been spot on. The padding is soft, but not that squished-in feeling. It just sits right. No awkward pressure points or anything weird around my forehead.
Took it out for a longer ride over the weekend. After a bit, I kind of forgot I even had it on. Which, is the best sign. Took it off after and no sore ears, no headache. Happy with it so far.
